Eftpos transactions from the POS are back in working order.

We are monitoring a small number of reports where online payments completed but the order confirmation step may not have finished successfully.

Initial checks have not shown an obvious platform-wide error in our telemetry. As a precaution, we have since rolled back a recent polling change and will continue to monitor the logs.

If you have an order that appears affected, please submit an IT ticket.

On Tuesday 28 July between 2:00 PM and 8:12 PM, customers in specific delivery zones for our Bond St, Island Bay, and Cuba St stores were unable to place delivery orders.

Root Cause: A test system configuration was inadvertently applied to our live environment, temporarily blocking addresses in these specific areas.
